• Brand Neutrality: We kindly request that no third-party brands, fashion, or beauty products be promoted to maintain the hotel’s independent character.

• Respecting Hotel Identity: To avoid any unintended association or endorsement, recognizable hotel elements such as branded items, bathrobes, cups, or the main entrance name should not be featured.

• Spontaneous Photoshoots: If a photoshoot is planned but was not mentioned in advance, our team will politely remind guests of these guidelines to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

• Basis for Prohibiting the Promotion of Other Brands – to protect the hotel’s image and prevent unauthorized commercial promotion.

• Guest Privilege: We are delighted to offer newlyweds staying at the hotel the opportunity to capture memories in our beautiful outlets.

• Exclusive to Guests: Out of respect for our in-house guests’ experience, external requests for special occasion photoshoots are not accommodated.

• Social Media Moments: Influencers are welcome to capture their visit, provided they focus on personal experiences without promoting third-party brands.

• Authentic Representation: We kindly ask that influencers respect the guideline of not featuring recognizable hotel elements to maintain an authentic guest perspective.

• Discretion and Courtesy: To ensure a comfortable and private stay for all guests, team members are attentive and discreet. If a notable guest is recognized, team communication is managed internally to maintain respect for their privacy.

“In order to protect the privacy of all guests and employees, photographing and recording other individuals within the hotel premises is not allowed without their explicit consent. Failure to comply with this rule may result in appropriate measures being taken by the hotel, including a warning or a prohibition on further recording.”
