Superior Deluxe Room (31-49m²)
Spacious and elegant, our Superior Deluxe Rooms (31-49 m²) are equipped with king or super king beds, perfect for guests seeking extra space and exclusivity. Selected rooms feature private balconies, enhancing the overall experience.
Suites (56-115m²)
For guests looking for the ultimate luxury, our suites offer both space and sophistication.
All rooms and suites include air conditioning, a smart TV, mini-bar, safe, workspace, and luxuriously appointed bathrooms, complemented by impeccable service and meticulously designed details.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash payments are accepted only in local currency, based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment.
VAT is included in the price, with no hidden costs.
All payments will be processed in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For informational purposes, prices in other currencies are displayed using the official middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to your payment card will be converted into your local currency based on the exchange rate used by card organizations, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price displayed on our website.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to reservations can be made in accordance with the cancellation rules specified in the reservation confirmation. If the user fails to cancel the reservation within the specified time or does not arrive on the reserved date, they will be charged in accordance with the applicable terms.
In the case of a refund to a customer who has previously made a payment using a payment card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, The Bristol Hotel is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and DINA payment methods. This means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, process the refund to the cardholder’s account.
At The Bristol Hotel, guest satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing quality service and a comfortable stay. In the event of any dissatisfaction or issues during the stay, the guest has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the following policy:

- We will confirm receipt within 24 hours
- We will thoroughly review the circumstances and take staff statements if necessary
- A response and proposed resolution will be provided to the guest no later than 8 business days from the date of receipt of the complaint

By basic information, we mean full name, passport number, passport issue date, and email contact. For corporate clients, we require the company address and tax identification number (VAT).
